*Accepting through the " order page " of the official website.
After receipt of request, we will confirm detailed order-made information and verify acceptance.
*The production period is usually 90 days ( 3 months ) from the date of
acceptance, but this may not be the case if multiple orders are received.

Payment Deadline
In the case of bank remittance：Please pay within one week after the sales contract has been finalized between you and our company.
In the case of credit card payment： Please pay within one week after the amount is confirmed, through the link included in the e-mail.

Regarding Delivery
There are two types
1. Delivery at an international airport closest to the customer
2. At the designated shipping address
( Depending on the situation, there may be cases where delivery is not possible. In that, delivery will be made as the airport. )
Regarding Defective / Damaged Products
Please verify that there are no defective products at the time of delivery.
Damage after delivery will be addressed for a fee.
Regarding Product Returns / Exchanges
As the products are all made to order, cancellation after finalization of sales contract,
return of goods based on customer circumstances, and exchanges are not accepted.
