Upon agreeing on our privacy policy, please fill out your ordering size and necessary
information in the form and send it to us.

We will respond to you according to your convenience whenever necessary.
Required Preparation Prior to Order
・Wanko's Measurement： " length from the tip of the toe to the top of the head ",
" shoulder width " " width of inner corner of the eye "
( For more information, please refer to the measurement table below. )
・Wanko's Picture： " the whole front body " " the whole sides ( right and left ) "
" close-up front face " ( Please upload or mail the pictures. )

Advance Arrangements
We will make the arrangements for production to delivery with you based on the information provided to propose a final estimate.
Order Price Confirmation
We will check whether to be producible with your ordered size and Wanko's size.
*For a special size, the price differs from the standard ones.
We will propose the estimated price separately.
Measurement Method Confirmation
Our staff will ask you if you can visit our company with your Wanko to take the measurements directly before the production starts. If you can't, our staff will visit you.
*Additional charge ( transportation expenses + 60000 yen )
Delivery Method Confirmation
Once the production is completed, we will ask you if you can pick it up directly at our company.
If you can't come to our company, our staff will deliver to you.
*Additional charge ( transportation expenses + 60000 yen )

Payment Procedure
Cash
An invoice will be mailed to you. Please make the payment.
Credit Card
We accept
VISA/MASTER/JCB/DINERS/AMEX
*Installment payment is available except DINERS.
Loan
Please apply for "Shopping Credit ( for individual customer )" by JACCS on the website.( For installment plan or down payment, etc., please consider separately )

Conclusion of Sales Contract
Two original copies of a sales contract will be mailed to you.
Please check the content of the contract thoroughly and return one original copy of the signed and sealed contract to us by mail.
*Order cancellation or return can't be accepted after our receipt of the signed and sealed contract.
Production

Measurements & Hearing
We will ask you to visit our company with your Wanko and our staff will take the measurements and pictures, etc.
*If you can't come to our company, our staff can visit your place directly to take measurements and pictures for a fee.
( Additional charge: transportation expenses + 60000 yen )
STEP7
Production
Production period：90 days after the conclusion of sales agreement ( approximately 3 months ).
The delivery date will be informed to you once the completion date is fixed.
Please be advised that the production may delay in case of too many orders.
During the production, you will receive the progress report.
Please look forward to your finished Wanko while checking the report.
Finish

Delivery
We will hold " Wanko's Delivery Ceremony " at our company ( Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo ) and hand over finished " Clone Wanko " to you.
At the time, you will sign on the confirmation of production completion, and the delivery will be completed.
*To repair any damage after signing the confirmation, you will be charged for the cost separately.
*If you can't attend " Wanko's Delivery Ceremony ", our staff will deliver your Wanko directly to your home.
